- The most suitable writer for your paper is always assigned to you, however, on rare occasions it may not be possible to locate the right writer. In this case, we issue a full refund to you.
- We offer unlimited free revisions until the customer is 100% satisfied, but after the work has been revised, no refunds will be given.
- The deadline for free revisions is 14 days after the work is submitted. In the event that the customer is unsatisfied with the work after receiving the revised work. The quality assurance department will review the case in that case, and the full or partial amount will be credited back to the account. You can use the amount credited back for future orders with us.
- If you upload extra materials late on your part, you cannot apply for a refund for lateness. When placing the order, be sure to include all paper details and additional materials.

A paper delivered 8 hours late now falls into the 24-hour delivery category and will cost less. You are refunded the difference in price.
