If anything goes wrong during the order process, you can request and receive a refund. We have the most favorable refund policy for you. The refund will cover any possible problems you might encounter, and it will protect your rights. • Refund requests based on quality will be reviewed within a 14 day period by our specialists, and all other refund requests will take 3-4 business days.
• You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your order before it is assigned to any writer
• If you notice that you were billed twice and you received two receipts from the payment processing system (that is, ), please let us know. Please forward both receipts to our email address and the extra payment will be refunded in full within a short period of time.
• In the case of two identical orders that you complete by mistake, please contact us immediately to clarify the situation before we proceed with both. You must cancel any orders you do not need before a writer is assigned. In any other case, they will be considered regular orders, and the standard refund procedure will apply.
• The most suitable writer for your paper is always assigned to you, however, on rare occasions it may not be possible to locate the right writer. In this case, we issue a full refund to you.
• We offer unlimited free revisions until the customer is 100% satisfied, but after the work has been revised, no refunds will be given.
• The deadline for free revisions is 14 days after the work is submitted. In the event that the customer is unsatisfied with the work after receiving the revised work. The quality assurance department will review the case in that case, and the full or partial amount will be credited back to the account. You can use the amount credited back for future orders with us.
• If you upload extra materials late on your part, you cannot apply for a refund for lateness. When placing the order, be sure to include all paper details and additional materials.
• For some reason, the first version of a paper is delivered after the original deadline. In this case, you have the option to recalculate the order price to reflect the new deadline. A paper delivered 8 hours late now falls into the 24-hour delivery category and will cost less. You are refunded the difference in price. We refund 7% if your order is late (11-14 days or longer) upon your request.
• Within 14 days of receiving the paper, you should submit a note on your personal order page to request a refund for late delivery.
